1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). after receiving your order confirmation email, You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This time is for me to package and drop off at the post office. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Woody Bee Creations ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that expedited and overnight shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Woody Bee Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Issues
Woody Bee Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
